Matt Johnson was the ultimate pro and had a unique style that further complimented the abrasive, melodic music of Blenderhead. It was like super old Blink-182 (Cheshire Cat) mixed with Presidents of the United States of America (The band), Supernova, The Aquabats, Weird Al, and maybe a slight MxPx sound. The band invited former vocalists Hosein and Lehrer to provide backing vocals on the song "Not Within Arms Length", the lyrics of which had been written by Hosein before he left the band in 1998.
